Return Policy Information For Customers in China
Oliskin, authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange or refund check for products returned due to, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through Agents, Distributors and retail stores, if you bought your product from the named above please contact them for returning your products. If you have any questions about Authorized Retailers, please contact our Customer Service Department.
For Acne Cure Treatment: If you are not satisfied about our products and you want to return the product please note that you have to take close up pictures of full face, front, right and left side every 4 days and send us so you can prove to us that there is no result in your treatment.

Products purchased directly from Oliskin Co., Ltd.:
If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from Oliskin via the phone, our web site in the last 7 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

Product purchased from an Oliskin Authorized Retailer:
If you have purchased the product from a store, salon, spa or web site that retails Oliskin Products we encourage you to contact that location directly to process your return. If you are unable to return the product to the location of the original purchase then you may be contact us and we will be more than happy to help you contact the retailer.
We will accept return on product(s) that were purchased at an authorized Oliskin Sales within the last 7 days. Refund amount for products returned will not exceed the Suggested Retail Price set by Oliskin Co., Ltd. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
